Omoyele Sowore appears in court with native doctor

Omoyele Sowore appeared in court today with a native doctor for trial over his involvement in #RevolutionNow Cross Over protest at the Magistrate court Wuse Zone 2 in Abuja E-nigeria! reports.

Omoye Sowore, an activist and publisher of Saharareports has been in Abuja following his and bail after organizing the initial Revolution Now protest in Lagos, August 2020.

Sowore was arrested by operatives of the Department of State Security – DSS over allegations of instigating a revolution which they claim was aimed at forcefully overthrowing the Buhari’s government.

CCTV footages showed how he was forcefully taken away by DSS operatives prior to the protest which was already scheduled to hold, across Nigeria.

Still undeterred, the Revolution Now protest leader who is currently confined to Abuja as one of the conditions for his bail, also organized another protest on December 31st this time in Abuja and tagged it #RevolutionNow Crossover Protest.

Enraged by his audacity, again he was arrested by men of the Nigerian Police in Abuja who also arraigned him at Magistrate Court Wuse Zone 2 alongside five other persons.
