I'm Married, Davido Confirms Marriage to Chioma After Son's Death

Nigerian Superstar, David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido made a revelation during a recent interview which is now trending online.

David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, a Nigerian superstar, has now admitted that he got married while taking a hiatus from singing.

During a private chat with media personality Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, also known as “Kiekie,” the superstar revealed this information.

Yet, he omitted to mention the identity of the person he wed in the brief video clip, however Nigerians and including the entire world already know the answer to that question.

Several unconfirmed rumors claim that during the popular musician’s protracted absence from the music industry, he married his longtime fiancée, Chioma Rowland. Yet, up to this point, the reports had not been confirmed.

The musician proudly displayed his wedding band as he disclosed that he wed while taking a vacation from making music.

Speaking on what happened during his long hiatus from doing music, Davido said, “I have never taken this type of break. You know just being away, I have had a lot of time to think; time to rest and reflect and a lot of family time and definitely time to make music again. You know, I re-made the album.”

“Before I went on the break, I had an album ready, I had a tour ready but we re-did the album. I traveled. It is crazy, I married. A lot of different things but we are ready now to get back on the road,” he said.

He added that he has fully resumed his music business.

This news elicited excited comments from fans and well-wishers who had awaited the return of the superstar artiste.
