GFRé Music presents new single Hold Me Down featuring Nigerian collective BHP

Hold Me Down an intimate trapsoul ballade that triggers 2000s R&B nostalgia would be released by London label GFRé Music, featuring Nigerian collective BHP, ENigeria Newspaper reports.
The London-based label recruits international talent for its new single Hold Me Down.
The sounds were crafted by GFRé Music’s producers in Madrid, Spain; members of the Nigerian collective BHP, President Zik, Ross and Abyssinia came up with the vocals in Jos, Nigeria; and the track was finalized by Crys Garage, one of GFRé Music’s engineers, also based in Nigeria.
The result is a suave, intimate trapsoul ballade that reminds of a 2000s boy band. The 3 smooth, carefully layered, voices blended with the sparkling sounds produced by Marvin Beats trigger R&B nostalgia.

Penned by the BHP gang, the track is an ode to the ride-or-dies, to that one love that holds us down.
Committed to championing emerging talent and creating a cross-cultural platform that spreads beyond the internet, GFRé Music, the hip-hop branch of London imprint Goldfangs Rosé Music, is slowly becoming a reliable source of fresh global sounds and dance music.
