PDP Presidential Primary Election: Tambuwal steps down for Atiku

Governor Tambuwal a contender in the PDP Primary election has stepped down for Atiku, ENigeria Newspaper reports.

Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, a former ally of Nyesom Wike has stepped down from the race asking his supporters to vote for Atiku Abubakar.

He said “Time has come for us to make sacrifices in the interest of our party and our nation. I have come to the conclusion that I have to step down.”
