Biography:
Mr. Anamekwe Nwabuoku was born on 15th October, 1962 to the family of Mr. Robert O. Anamekwe in Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) in Enugu, as well as a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Financial Management from Commonwealth University in Belize. Between 1992 and 1995, he worked for the Centre for Democratic Studies (CDS), where he advanced to the post of Principal Accountant.

From 1996 until 2001, he worked as an Assistant Chief Accountant at the Office of the AGF in Abuja. From 2001 to 2003, he worked as a Special Assistant to the Senate President on Public Affairs at the National Assembly’s Office of the Senate President, where he provided Advisory Services to the Senate President on Media and other topics.

From 2009 until 2012, he was in charge of Funds at the Ministry after being promoted to Assistant Director, Accounts.
