PHOTO EVIDENCE: Jonathan pays for his APC nomination form

Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has joined the 2023 Presidential race, ENigeria Newspaper reports.
In a letter dated May 9, 2022 to the All Progressives Congress – APC, Heritage Bank verified payment of N100, 000, 000 in two tranches of N70, 000, 000 and N30, 000, 000 for the purchase of expression of interest and Presidential nomination form for former President Goodluck Jonathan.
It would be recalled that on September 1, 2021, ENigeria Newspaper reported that former President Goodluck Jonathan would later join the All Progressives Congress in a deal offered him by influential Northern policy makers. READ IT HERE.
On Monday, a coalition of Northern groups converged at Abuja’s International Conference Centre to pick the All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidacy and expression of interest forms for former President Goodluck Jonathan. This was once Heritage Bank in a letter to the All Progressives Congress validated the nomination form payment.

Members of the Northern bloc wore hats with the inscriptions ‘run Jonathan run.’ Members of the coalition stated that Jonathan is the best candidate to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.
Despite the fact that Goodluck Jonathan has not publicly declared his defection to the All Progressives Congress, ENigeria Newspaper understands that it is imminent.
